Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Travel Step into a key healthcare role where your skills in X-ray imaging will make a vital impact on patient care. This contract opportunity invites an experienced Radiologic Technologist to provide expert imaging services within a dynamic clinical team.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent). Proven experience utilizing X-ray equipment in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Current state licensure to practice as a Radiologic Technologist. Strong understanding of safety protocols and infection control. Excellent communication abilities with both patients and healthcare colleagues. High attention to detail with a commitment to accurate image acquisition.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures as ordered by medical staff. Ensure accurate patient identification and appropriate technique selection. Adhere to all departmental policies and radiologic safety standards. Prepare, position, and assist patients throughout imaging procedures for optimal results. Accurately document procedures and maintain records in accordance with facility regulations. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of imaging services.
