Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to assess their furniture needs and preferences. Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on furniture selection. Maintain an inviting and organized showroom environment. Process sales transactions and follow up on customer orders. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home goods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for home design. Basic computer skills for processing sales and inventory management. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to lift and move furniture as needed.
