You help the team drive sales, deliver great customer service, and support training. You also open and close the store and step in as Manager on Duty when needed. This is a great role for someone who loves the brand and is ready to grow as a leader in a busy retail setting. What Makes a Great Mavi Keyholder? Leader on the Floor Acts as the go-to support when Store or Assistant Manager is off the floor Leads daily huddles, assigns tasks, and keeps energy high throughout the shift Customer Experience Champion Ensures every customer interaction feels personal and memorable Coaches others in delivering service that builds loyalty and confidence Operational Dependability Trusted to handle keyholder responsibilities and uphold store standards Supports smooth execution of tasks like replenishment, VM, and stockroom upkeep Team Energizer Motivates peers through collaboration, encouragement, and setting a great example Shares feedback with kindness and clarity to help others grow Solution-Focused Mindset Handles challenges with maturity, calm, and a proactive attitude Anticipates floor needs and keeps things moving without being asked Great Communicator Keeps communication flowing between managers and associates Ensures direction is clear, goals are aligned, and energy is consistent Mavi Brand Advocate Loves the product and helps educate others on Fit, Fabric, Foundation Represents the brand with pride and authenticity every shift Key Responsibilities Lead by example in customer service and drive daily sales Support onboarding and coach team in selling, upselling, and storytelling Host product knowledge (PK) and seasonal sales training sessions Run internal contests and incentive programs to boost team performance Collaborate on in-store events and local community engagement Open/close the store and serve as Manager on Duty when assigned Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ year of retail or customer service experience (key-holder or leadership experience is a plus) Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and team player mindset Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Comfortable taking initiative and leading by example Passion for fashion and a genuine interest in denim Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel ,Word, Outlook) Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift/move objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
