Job Description

A rapidly growing organization operating within a highly regulated retail environment is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Retail Operations Leader to oversee one of its established Florida locations. We are seeking a hands-on leader with a strong background in team development, operational execution, and customer experience management. This individual will play a critical role in driving day-to-day business performance while cultivating a high-accountability, service-focused culture. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are energized by leadership responsibilities, and have experience managing high-volume retail operations within regulated industries. Position Overview The Retail Operations Leader will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of location performance, including team leadership, operational standards, financial oversight, and compliance execution. The selected candidate will partner closely with field leadership and support teams to ensure the location operates efficiently, maintains strong customer satisfaction, and consistently achieves business objectives. Core ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership Oversee daily retail operations and ensure consistent execution standards Drive overall store performance through strong leadership and accountability Monitor workflow efficiency, staffing levels, and operational effectiveness Maintain a high standard of customer experience and service execution Team Development Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management efforts Develop and mentor supervisory and frontline team members Foster a positive, professional, and results-oriented work environment Promote accountability, engagement, and team collaboration Business & Financial Performance Support achievement of revenue, labor, and operational goals Review reporting and business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Assist with payroll oversight, scheduling efficiency, and expense management Execute company initiatives and operational priorities effectively Compliance & Standards Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Maintain operational integrity within a structured and compliance-focused environment Uphold safety, security, and inventory control standards at all times Qualifications 3+ years of leadership experience within retail, hospitality, restaurant, wellness, pharmacy, or other customer-focused industries Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced operational environments Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Experience in regulated industries strongly preferred Additional Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to successfully complete all required background screenings and regulatory requirements Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require What's Offered Competitive compensation package Performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits Growth opportunities within an expanding organization Collaborative and team-oriented culture Confidentiality Notice This search is being conducted confidentially through a third-party recruitment process.
