No Weekends Pay:

$26-$28 per hour + bonus potential Jax Beaches Family Dentistry has proudly served the community for over 30 years as a privately owned, Complete Health dental practice. We provide state-of-the-art general and cosmetic dentistry in a warm, patient-centered environment where our patients are treated like family. We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to help guide patients through treatment planning, financial arrangements, scheduling, and insurance coordination. This role is ideal for someone who: loves working with people, communicates with confidence and compassion, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping patients move forward with care. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 2 years of recent Dental Treatment Planning experience required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confidence discussing treatment costs, insurance, and financing Strong organization and follow-through Dental software experience required (NextLevel tools a plus) Responsibilities Present treatment plans and answer patient questions Discuss financial arrangements and insurance coverage Coordinate scheduling and patient follow-up Process and follow up on insurance claims Review and collect outstanding balances Partner closely with the clinical and scheduling teams to ensure a smooth patient experience Why Join Our Team?
