Retail Operations Manager Pro Landscape Supply - Whitewater, WI Seasonal Full-Time (March-December) Year-round salary/return incentive available for the right candidate About Us Pro Landscape Supply is a growing landscape supply and retail center serving homeowners, contractors, and the local community in Southern Wisconsin. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, reliable delivery, and creating a welcoming, knowledgeable experience for every customer who walks through our doors. We are looking for a dependable, motivated leader to take ownership of our retail and yard operations. This is not just a cashier or counter position — we are looking for someone who wants to help run and grow the retail side of the business. Position Overview The Retail Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our landscape supply retail center. This person will be the primary point of contact for customers, manage inventory and deliveries, operate equipment, and help maintain an organized, efficient, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, self-motivated, organized, comfortable operating equipment, and capable of handling a wide variety of responsibilities independently. Responsibilities Assist customers in-store, by phone, and at pickup Load materials using skid loader and other equipment Coordinate and schedule deliveries Reorder and maintain inventory levels Open and close the retail center Maintain organization and cleanliness of yard and storefront Work closely with ownership on daily operations and seasonal planning Help improve operational systems and customer experience Support contractors, homeowners, and walk-in customers with product knowledge and service Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Skid loader/equipment experience required CDL preferred but not required Experience in landscaping, construction, retail yard operations, or material supply preferred Reliable, organized, and trustworthy Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions What We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in ownership, enjoys working with people, and wants to become a key part of a growing local business.
