This direct hire opportunity offers variable day and afternoon shifts with 10- to 12-hour schedules to provide comprehensive pharmacy leadership and business management.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster strong collaboration with the store operations team, driving associate engagement and aligning pharmacy goals with company strategy. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all prescriptions through thorough Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance, adhering to state and federal regulations. Manage business operations to grow prescription volume and profitability, including overseeing inventory controls and implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM). Direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and associates, by providing training, coaching, discipline, and performance management. Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and building trust through healthcare counseling. Maintain pharmacy security, cleanliness, and organization while ensuring timely completion of tasks like cycle counts and will-call management. Engage with healthcare providers to resolve prescription-related issues, enhancing patient care.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License Current Pennsylvania Immunization License Demonstrated leadership and operational management skills within a retail pharmacy setting

Schedule:

Typically 10-hour shifts from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm 11-hour shifts from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm 12-hour shifts either 8:00 am to 8:00 pm or 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Approximately 62 hours bi-weekly with variable day and afternoon shifts This position requires a proactive pharmacy leader capable of balancing clinical expertise with business insight to drive department success.
