Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Retail Project Manager to oversee retail projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of retail initiatives such as store openings, remodels, merchandising rollouts, and technology implementations. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor retail projects across multiple locations Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, contractors, and store teams Track project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Support store launch activities, renovations, and operational improvements Manage procurement and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and brand requirements Conduct post-project evaluations and reporting
