Retail Sales Associate

We're looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our boutique's charm. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our boutique, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, fostering a positive shopping experience, and helping customers find their perfect pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide personalized service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain a through understanding of our products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Actively promote our merchandise and drive sales while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Help with stock management, including receiving new inventory, organizing merchandise and conducting inventory counts as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, and ensure the security of all financial transactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience a plus, preferably in a boutique or specialty store.
• Ability to work alone in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends & holidays.
• A sense of style and an understanding of current fashion trends.
