Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Utilize product knowledge to recommend and demonstrate items that meet customer requirements
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist in merchandising and visual presentation of products
• Upsell additional products to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
