In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and assisting with inventory management. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of promoting sustainable fashion while ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs. Manage cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise on the sales floor. Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and engage customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment. Requirements Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Proficiency in retail math for accurate transaction processing. Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is preferred. Basic math skills are essential for daily operations. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
