Retail Sales Associate

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and maximizing sales opportunities. ASAP Duties:

• Ability to lift and carry boxes as needed.
• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
• Assist with stock replenishment and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
• Previous experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a bonus
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales transactions
• Strong selling skills to promote products effectively

• We are currently looking for someone to work evening shifts with some mid-day shifts. Evening shifts would range anywhere from 2pm-10pm, and mid-day shifts would range between 12pm-8pm.
• A weekend day is required (Either Saturday or Sunday or Both)
• Open Availability.
