We're looking for a motivated seasoned sales individual who is dependable, customer-centric, and excited to deliver world-class service. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with professionalism and a friendly attitude; identify their needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations. Proficiently operate wide-format printing equipment. Utilize Adobe software to design graphics and make file adjustments for client projects. Demonstrate strong product and service knowledge; proactively upsell and cross-sell to customers. Accurately process sales transactions through the Point of Sale system. Safely pack and ship domestic and international shipments in accordance with UPS guidelines. Assist with merchandising, including stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Perform end-of-day duties, including reconciling cash, checks, credit cards, and other transactions. Operate office equipment (copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, etc.) and assist customers in using them. Safely lift up to 40 lbs.; assist customers with packages as needed. Qualifications Willingness to work a variable schedule, including weekends. Proficiency with wide-format printing equipment. Working knowledge of Adobe design software. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Employment is contingent upon passing a satisfactory background check.
