• Chattanooga Vapor Co & Hemp is hiring at our Collegedale location! If you are enthusiastic about vape products, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy engaging with customers, we invite you to apply for the retail sales associate position. We are looking for a full time sales associate for the following shifts: 7:45 am
• 6 pm 10 am
• 8 pm 12 pm
• 8 pm Shift hours are set, but days and shifts may vary weekly based on the needs of the business. Sunday shifts are 10:45 am
• 7 pm.

Weekend availability is required; open availability is a plus. Reliable transportation is required. You must be 21 to work with us! We offer generous employee discounts after completing training. After one year of full time employment, we offer vacation and sick leave.

Duties:

• Sell vape and hemp products to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Basic cleaning and store maintenance
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

Experience:

• Proven experience in retail sales
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and product displays effectively
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate product information clearly
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
• Ability to effectively upsell products to meet customer needs We are a 21+ establishment, and you must be 21 years or older to work with us!
