Role:

We're looking for a part-time Sales Associate who is warm, reliable, passionate about interior design and excited to be part of a small, collaborative team. This role is primarily focused on weekends (Saturday & Sunday), with occasional weekday shifts as needed. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming in-store experience, building customer relationships and growing repeat business, and supporting the day-to-day flow of the shop.

What You'll Do:

Greet customers and create a friendly, approachable shopping experience Assist customers with product questions, styling ideas, and purchases, while building loyalty and driving retention Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor Help with merchandising and restocking products Support opening and closing procedures Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently Work collaboratively with the team to keep the store running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (required) Strong communication skills and a naturally friendly, helpful demeanor An interest in home décor and design Someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable multitasking Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed Experience with
