Agoura Animal Clinic is a well-established, full-service, multi-doctor hospital providing quality care for dogs, cats, exotics, pocket pets, and birds. For over 40 years, we've delivered personalized veterinary care while fostering a family-like, team-oriented environment . We are deeply connected to our community, offering free first exams for animals adopted from local shelters. We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian ready to grow professionally and potentially step into a leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for those with surgery experience or a passion for exotics , though new graduates with a desire to learn are welcome. Ideal Candidate DVM/VMD or equivalent license eligible to practice in California. Passionate about small animal medicine and client care. Interested in surgical and exotic cases. Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally. New graduates welcome; experienced veterinarians encouraged. Advanced diagnostics:

digital X-rays (full body & dental), in-house lab, high-resolution ultrasound.

Surgical capabilities:

soft tissue and dental surgeries. Excellent support staff, including 2 RVTs. Efficient workflow with 12-24 hour turnaround for outside lab results. Mentorship & Professional Growth Structured orientation and mentorship program for new grads. Peer networking and support via Zoom roundtables and Slack discussions.
