About Belle Shops Belle Shops opened its first store on the Town Square in Jackson, Wyoming in 1993, beneath the iconic antler arches. More than thirty years later, we've grown into a family of thoughtfully curated lifestyle boutiques across Jackson Hole, Big Sky, Bozeman, Vero Beach, and inside the Four Seasons Resort in Teton Village — and we've stayed true to what made the original store work: warm service, beautiful things, and the belief that beauty is a daily practice, not a special occasion. Our Big Sky store sits in the heart of Town Center and carries fine jewelry, women's apparel, cozy layers, gifts, and home collections from designers like Ulla Johnson, Hunter Bell, Xirena, Mother, Phillips House, Heather B. Moore, Juliska, and Arte Italica — alongside a rotating calendar of designer trunk shows. The Role We're looking for an experienced retail leader to run the store day-to-day — someone with strong personal selling skills, a sharp eye for merchandising, and the kind of presence that makes both staff and customers want to stick around. You'll own sales performance, the customer experience, the team, and the look and feel of the store.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing Drive sales performance and meet or exceed store goals Deliver an exceptional, personal customer experience to locals and visitors Hire, train, schedule, and mentor a small sales team Oversee inventory, receiving, and merchandising Maintain a beautiful, on-brand sales floor that reflects the Belle Shops aesthetic Manage POS operations, daily reconciliation, and reporting Build genuine relationships with customers and the Big Sky community

Qualifications:

Prior retail management or assistant management experience required Proven track record of strong personal and team sales performance Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfort with POS systems, inventory tools, and basic reporting Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise Flexible availability, including weekends and peak ski/summer seasons

Compensation & Benefits:

$30
