In this role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through our diverse product offerings, including shipping supplies, Packing, and Notary. Whether assisting with product selection or managing transactions, you'll play a vital role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your retail skills while working in a dynamic environment that values energy, initiative, and excellent communication. Responsibilities Must be willing to be a Notary for which we will guide you. Already having a Notary License will be a huge plus and put you ahead of every one. Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on shipping and packing. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs for shipping and packing. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts. Maintain organized shelves by stocking new merchandise and rotating stock to ensure freshness and appeal. Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays that highlight seasonal items and promotional offers. Handle customer inquiries both in person and via e-commerce platforms, providing timely and helpful responses. Perform retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and inventory management to ensure accuracy. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers in multiple languages if applicable. Experience with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and retail math to process transactions smoothly. Excellent organizational skills for stocking shelves, managing inventory levels, and maintaining store cleanliness. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service. Familiarity with merchandising principles to create attractive displays that boost sales. Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse customer base effectively.
