Retail Sales Associate / Store Team Member

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Thisrole is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, sales, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong sales skills are a plus. We love team members whocan confidently help customers find and buy what they need. Responsibilities Front Sales & Customer Service Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Greet customers and provide a positive, helpful shopping experience Assist customers with purchases and product questions Face and maintain store inventory throughout the day Restock items on the sales floor as products sell Post items for sale on Facebook and engage with customers online Store & Inventory Support Check in new inventory and label new products Stock shelves and organize inventory Shipping and Receiving Assist with monthly live auctions Post products on e-commerce platforms Work outdoors on special days as needed Move boxes and inventory (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds) Schedule & Pay Starting pay: Minimum wage (raises available based on performance)

Hours:

Approximately 30 hours per week to start Opportunity to become full-time Qualifications Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Strong communication skills Sales experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable using social media and basic technology Ability to multitask and help in different areas of the store Able to stand for extended periods and move inventory as needed
