Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service

Teaching or Sales experience is a plus. Preferred experience in the Hemp Industry.

Duties include:

Greeting customers, engage consultation with customers while providing outstanding customer service, processing payments at register, inventory management, product knowledge, completing opening & closing duties, displaying products on floor, maintaining cleanliness of the store, entering & managing CRM with customer details, customer audits, customer follow up calls, reporting store/customer feedback and additional duties requested by owners, if needed. Must be 21+ Hourly + commission + bonuses This position is for Part Time with 30 hours including weekends with a potential for Full Time 40 hours.
