Duties Engage customers with friendly, professional phone etiquette to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting benefits to enhance customer understanding and interest. Assist customers with retail transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and checkout procedures. Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities. Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves efficiently, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting. Conduct stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in electronics where customer interaction is key. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math ensures smooth transactions and accurate record keeping. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices helps create memorable shopping experiences.
