Retail Sales Showroom/Event Staff

In April of 2016 we launched a successful "High Water" shirt, an innovative take on the Aloha shirt, which we designed for pool parties and apres surf. Fast Fwd to December 2023; we opened a retail store in Fairfax, Marin. We are working on growing the business in this location, and need capable individuals to join our store team to make this happen.

Primary Responsibilities:

You're responsible for delivering positive customer experiences successfully and maintaining operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in the company. This is a high visibility role on a small team at an innovative County apparel collective. Accountable for and own the following areas: Provide exceptional customer experience Learn to translate behavior to revenue results Store inventory management, counts and replenishment of showroom stock. Sales strategy, Set the standard of store behavior for customers Prompt and on time, good time management skills Product knowledge and ability to inform

Key Qualifications:

Outgoing, Strong communication skills. Attention to detail and organization. Must love talking to people Demonstrated ability to deliver results Established time management skills Strong planning and prioritization skills

Requirements:

Customer service and sales experience preferred Experience in stockroom or working with inventory Event or pop-up experience Ability to maneuver around the sales floor Ability to lift 30lbs 21+ years old Availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
