Retail Sales Supervisor

Who we are: Mastercraft was started over 35 years ago and has been providing with all swimming pool and hot tub needs since the beginning. We provide full pool construction and renovation services, pool and spa repair service and maintenance, and serve walk in customers in our retail store and showroom in Pocatello, ID. We strive to offer the best products in the industry at the best value to the consumer. You will enjoy assisting our clients with their purchase decision in the backyard swimming pool and hot tub categories. You will utilize our programs to assist in training of sales associates. You will support and lead the team in serving customers in the store through the optimization of talent, and delivery of a positive experience for customers and associates.

Who We Are Looking For:

We need a fun, upbeat personality that can showcase our products with professionalism. We are looking for an organized individual that can organize the sales team and support them in all retail operations. Ie. manage/assign/followup on leads, transact goods and services, ensure quality experience for customers from initial contact to post - sale. This role will also lead the sales team in offsite sales events seasonally, and participate in the marketing and promotion activities of the business.
