Job Description
Retail Security Officer
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.
Your role will involve monitoring premises, conducting regular foot patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed reports. You will need to be observant, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills.
This is a Permanent Role working 17 hours per week, working on a 2-week rota including:

Have a visible presence by carrying out routine foot patrols, including locking and unlocking the shopping centreTake accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard
To carry out weekly Fire alarm testing and provide First Aid if necessaryOperating a telephone switchboard and the use of client software and security CCTV systems in the control roomKey requirements will include:

P2581 Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced RetailSecurity Officer with CCTV Licence to ensure the safety and security of our properties and sites. You will be joining our Workplace Security Teams based at Stanley Square Shopping Centre in Sale, 15 minutes outside Manchester CityCentre.Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. Your role will involve monitoring premises, conducting regular foot patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed reports. You will need to be observant, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills.
This is a Permanent Role working 17 hours per week, working on a 2-week rota including:
- Week 1. Tuesday 7.30pm
- 7.30am (night) Sunday 12noon
- 5pm Week 2. Tuesday 7.30pm
- 7.30am (night) Thursday 12noon
- 5pm Flexibility is key as overtime is available on other nights and day shifts to cover sickness, holidays and additional events.

- SG or DS Licence with 1st Aid
- EssentialCCTV Licence
