Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist - Retail Job Type Contract A healthcare facility in Fairfield, OH, seeks a dedicated Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care within a hospital setting. This contract role begins June 1st, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including every sixth weekend with subsequent weekday time off. Candidates must hold a valid Ohio Pharmacy license and bring hospital pharmacy experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately review, interpret, validate, and dispense medication orders. Monitor and manage patient medication therapies, ensuring safety and effectiveness tailored to individual needs. Communicate drug information effectively to patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Participate in drug therapy management during medical emergencies by providing medication preparation and information. Oversee daily pharmacy technician activities to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain pharmacy policies, quality improvement programs, and comply with regulatory requirements. Desired Qualifications and Experience:
