Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare, review, and dispense prescription medications following all regulatory protocols. Maintain complete and precise patient medication records. Supervise pharmacy technicians, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance. Participate in medical emergency responses alongside the pharmacy team. Conduct inspections of medication storage areas to ensure safety and identify outdated stock. Orient and train new pharmacy staff members. Follow infection control guidelines meticulously during all pharmacy tasks. Provide occasional shift coverage at a secondary retail location, which may include weekends.

Qualifications & Experience:

Active pharmacist license in New Mexico or ability to obtain one prior to starting. Disclosure and verification of all current and inactive pharmacy licenses. Minimum of one year's experience as a registered pharmacist preferred. Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification (APhA) or willingness to obtain within 30 days. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days. Strong skills in patient counseling, medication dispensing, and staff supervision. Adaptability to work across two retail locations.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:

9:00 AM - 6:00

PM Wednesday, Friday:

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Occasional weekend shifts at secondary location.
