Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, cash handling, and receipts Assist customers with product demos, upselling items, and answering questions about merchandise Maintain organized displays through merchandising and stocking to enhance store presentation Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels regularly Handle cashiering duties with accuracy, including basic math calculations for transactions Use effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors over the phone Support supervising staff with daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with diverse customers Bilingual abilities are a plus, helping serve a broader customer base effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions Experience in supervising or leading small teams is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and product demos confidently Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions Basic math skills for cash register operations and sales calculations Embark on a rewarding journey in retail where your proactive attitude and passion for service make a real difference!
