We are looking for a seasoned Store Manager to run this new location which will be opening this summer! As a result of our continued and future growth, the career opportunities are unlimited. Our work environment is fast paced and high energy! The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the business that he/she is assigned. This includes merchandising, hiring, staffing and maintaining a positive work environment. This position works closely with the District and/or Regional Manager on achieving all company objectives. The successful candidate for this position will be able to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences, including corporate executives and local officials. This individual must possess the skill to implement sales strategies that are both creative and efficient. Candidates who can quickly assess the needs of their team members and adapt their strategies accordingly will be well-positioned to succeed at our growing organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

Effectively communicate with team members. Serve as a role model to team members. Coach and provide feedback to team members based on their performance. Use customer feedback to understand customer problems and recommend solutions. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies to increase revenue in the area. Analyze market trends.
