Retail Store Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations with enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales, manage daily store activities. Your leadership will ensure the store runs smoothly, inventory is well-managed, and customers leave satisfied. Duties Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to maximize sales opportunities. Implement effective marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Monitor store budget, payroll, and expenses to ensure financial goals are met while maintaining operational efficiency. Requirements Expertise in inventory management, POS systems, cashiering, pricing strategies, and retail math. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to supervise effectively and handle cash handling procedures confidently. Exceptional communication skills paired with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Experience in marketing, merchandising, stock management, budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store administration. Knowledge of wireless sales operations is a plus but not required.
