Retail Sales Manager Bridge Locations

What You'll Do:
As a Retail Sales Manager , you will lead one of our Xfinity retail locations—driving performance, creating a positive store culture, and coaching your team to exceed customer and sales expectations.
Your role will include:
Managing day-to-day store operations with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience. Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team. Overseeing inventory and asset management to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Creating a results-driven culture focused on accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. Leading by example to achieve personal and team sales goals. Identifying development opportunities and celebrating team achievements. Building a fun, high-energy environment where employees and customers thrive.

3+ years in retail sales management with a track record of leading successful teams.
