Le Monde Béryl is opening its first flagship store in New York's Upper East Side, marking an exciting new chapter for the brand. We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead the launch and long-term success of this location, creating a destination that reflects the brand's luxury positioning, distinctive point of view, and commitment to elevated client experience. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the brand's first flagship presence in the U.S. and play a central role in building awareness, community, and commercial performance from the ground up. Job description The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store performance, client experience, and team leadership, ensuring the flagship becomes a true destination for Le Monde Béryl clients. Working closely with senior leadership, this person will help launch the store, build and develop the team, and establish a strong local presence through exceptional service, clienteling, and community engagement. This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally within a flagship or high-profile store, and a strong understanding of how to grow a business while strengthening brand perception. Responsibilities Own overall store performance, client experience, and achievement of sales targets. Lead the launch of the flagship location in close partnership with senior leadership. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the store team. Deliver exceptional client service and maintain high standards across every customer touchpoint. Drive business across both men's and women's categories, with a focus on expanding the women's business and positioning the store as a full lifestyle destination. Build and maintain strong client relationships through targeted clienteling, CRM, and VIP initiatives. Oversee daily floor leadership, including KPI tracking, service standards, merchandising, window displays, events, and PR activations. Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams, sharing wholesale feedback, product insights, and local market intelligence. Plan and execute in-store events to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Support the evolution of the flagship as a platform for long-term brand growth in the U.S. market. Profile Requirements 5+ years of retail experience within premium or luxury lifestyle, fashion, footwear, or accessories brands. Proven track record managing or launching a flagship or high-profile retail location. Strong business acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L responsibilities. Demonstrated success driving women's ready-to-wear, lifestyle, or elevated retail categories. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to coach and inspire diverse teams. High-touch clienteling expertise and a strong service mindset. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional partnership. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving brand priorities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Compensation:

$80,000-$100,000/year + bonus structure + benefits.?This is a full-time position. Please note that this actual base salary will depend on?relevant skills and experience.
