Accepting Candidates About the role We are seeking an experienced Retail Technology Product Manager to lead strategy, execution, and optimization for Pricing, Promotions, and Markdown technology products in a complex retail environment. This role partners across Merchandising, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, and IT to deliver scalable solutions that drive measurable business value. Key Responsibilities Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Retail Pricing, Promotions, and Markdown systems Act as hands-on product lead managing requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, agile ceremonies, testing, and demos Partner with Merchandising, ERP, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics teams to align technology initiatives with business goals Lead multiple concurrent product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and strong cross-functional collaboration Define and track KPIs, product adoption metrics, and business performance outcomes Deliver clear project updates and status reporting to stakeholders and leadership Qualifications 8+ years of product management experience within retail technology environments Strong expertise in retail merchandising, pricing, promotions, and markdown business processes Experience managing a product backlog and working within Agile/Kanban delivery models Experience with retail platforms such as Revionics, SAP, RELEX, o9, or McKinsey Periscope preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field Proven ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $70-$75/hr (W-2) Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
