Job DescriptionJob Description Revenue Cycle Manager Femme Flôr Women's Pelvic Medicine Hillsboro, Oregon Position Summary The Revenue Cycle Manager is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the financial success of Femme Flôr. This individual will oversee the full revenue cycle process-from claims submission through collection. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with experience in medical billing and coding. This role requires a blend of technical billing expertise, leadership ability, and a collaborative spirit aligned with Femme Flôr's patient-centered, modern women's health mission. Primary Responsibilities Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) & Billing Oversight
  • Manage and perform end-to-end medical billing, including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and follow-up on denials and unpaid claims.
  • Reconcile daily deposits and ensure accurate posting within Athena.
  • Monitor aging reports and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.
  • Generate monthly billing performance reports (collections, A/R days, adjustments, denials).
  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure documentation and coding accuracy.
  • Maintain payer compliance and stay current on reimbursement policies, modifiers, and
CPT/ICD-10
changes. Front Desk & Patient Relations
  • Fill in for the receptionists as needed (rare): answer phones, schedule patients, collect copays, and check patients in/out.
  • Support patient satisfaction and communication initiatives, including feedback loops and process improvement. Cross-Functional Support
  • Participate in team meetings, quarterly workshops, and performance reviews.
  • Support new initiatives such as retail operations, infusion services, or subleasing coordination as directed by leadership.
Qualifications Required :
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical billing, with demonstrated knowledge of revenue cycle management and payer processes.
  • Strong understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and modifier coding.
  • Proficiency in Athenahealth or similar EMR systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred :
  • Experience in women's health, urogynecology, or surgical specialty settings.
  • Familiarity with Oregon payer systems and prior authorization workflows.
  • Experience supervising small teams and coordinating across departments.
  • Certification in medical billing/coding or healthcare management (e.g., CMOM, CMRS). Compensation & Benefits
Compensation:
$32 per hour
  • Paid time off, paid sick leave, paid holidays.

Work Schedule Four (4) or five (5)days per week, with at least one day onsite. Must be available for early morning team huddles and end-of-day reconciliations as needed.
