Job Description

SUMMARY:
The Rewards Club Representative effectively communicates features and benefits of the Kiowa Rewards Program and all related promotions to prospective gaming customers. Maintaining customer information assuring the highest standards of data entry and the issuance of complimentary and promotional items to customers. Provides fast, friendly, excellent service to customers at all times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must adhere to the Kiowa Casino's policies and procedures. Effectively communicates features and benefit of the Rewards Card Program and all related promotions to prospective gaming customers. Solicits and documents guest information for marketing research purposes. Maintains database integrity by following with customers in an enthusiastic, helpful and friendly manner. Promotes Kiowa Casino by interacting with customers in an enthusiastic, helpful and friendly manner. Acknowledges, greets and converses with customers as they approach the Total Rewards center. Assists in the execution of all events and promotions efficiently and effectively. Offers to help in other Kiowa Rewards Club related duties at management request.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to communicate using written, oral and computer methods. Must be able to operate computer and telephone equipment for extended periods of time. Must be able to walk, sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Must have good sense of balance, and be able to bend and kneel. Must be able to push, pull and grasps objects. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Office, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke. Extensive computer use. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals. High volume direct public contact.

Conditions of employment with the Kiowa Casino include passing a pre-employment drug test, a background investigation to secure a gaming license and successfully completing a four-month introductory period. Candidates for this position will be required to have dependable transportation available to them.
KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification Required:
At least 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED Experience in serving the public, public speaking or any activity involving public contact. Six (6) months to one (1) year job related experience
Preferred:
Knowledge of Kiowa Casino and tribal gaming regulations and the ability to ensure compliance as appropriate within areas of responsibility Strong working knowledge of player tracking systems
