• Build, modify, and troubleshoot complex electronic circuits and RF systems using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Conduct detailed testing and debugging of electro-mechanical assemblies
• Execute experiments and tests following strict engineering protocols
• Analyze and interpret test data, presenting results and improvement recommendations to engineering teams
• Utilize computer-aided tools within Windows and Linux environments
• Support occasional second/third shift or weekend operations as needed to meet project demands
• Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures and outcomes
• Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and ensure product quality [Required Skills and Experience]
• High School Diploma plus minimum 5 years of related hands-on technical experience, or military technical "A" school training
• Proven track record in testing and troubleshooting electronic systems
• In-depth RF test and debug expertise
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, meters, network analyzers, calibration kits
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems
• Active DoD Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain)
