• This position is located in Warren, R.I.
• We are seeking a CNA to join our team at Grace Barker Health.

The position includes:

Assisting residents with care needs and ADLs. Assisting with meals Toileting needs Engaging with the residents/families Entering information into the computer/tablet.

Interested candidates should be:

willing to work as a team be familiar with long term care residents be reliable and dependable. Computer skills are helpful. Active CNA license in the state of RI.
