Job Title:
Rigging Supervisor Job Description The Rigging Supervisor oversees a team of riggers responsible for safely setting and moving equipment on an industrial construction site. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of riggers performing equipment setting and rigging activities on site. Plan, review, and approve lift plans, including critical and complex lifts, to ensure safe and efficient execution. Verify that all rigging equipment is properly inspected, certified, maintained, and used in accordance with regulations and best practices. Coordinate daily activities with crane operators, engineers, and other trades to align rigging work with overall project schedules. Enforce safety procedures, permits, and risk assessments for all rigging operations. Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings to reinforce safe work practices and regulatory compliance. Essential Skills NCCER or NCCCO certification in rigging or a closely related discipline. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Jeffersonville, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
