As a Registered Nurse, your duties will include but not limited to: Performing comprehensive assessments, including vital sign, physical examinations, and patient history. Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed, with proper monitoring and documentation. Developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs. Providing patient education and discharge planning to promote self management and adherence to treatment plans. Effectively communicating with physicians, other health care providers and staff and patient/families. Ensuring smooth and coordinated care.
