At All Home Care Services, we pride ourselves in taking care of those in need. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your duties will include, but not limit to: Administering medications, taking vital signs( tempeture, pulse, blood pressure), and assisting with basic hygiene and mobility. Observing patients for changes in their condition, reporting any concerns to the RN or Physian, and documenting observations. Helping patients with activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, dressing, and assisting with procedures like dressing changes and catheter care. Providing simple instructions to patients and their family about medications, wound care and other aspects of their care. Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, including medication administration records, vital signs and other observations. Working collaboratively with other health care professionals, such as RNs, Physicians and Therapist, to provide comprehensive patient care Adhering to infection control protocols, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
