$38.00-$53.20 •It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The Registered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator is responsible for the clinical coordinator, supervision, and direct oversight of resident care in the Assisted Living department. This role ensures compliance with state regulations, supervises unlicensed staff, and maintains high-quality care standards. The RN Care Coordinator is also available for on-call coverage to respond to resident needs and emergencies.Responsibilities:

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in elder care, long-term care, or public health preferred. Working knowledge of state Assisted Living licensing requirements preferred. Excellent judgment, decision-making, and problems solving skills. Ability to supervise staff and work independently. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to work weekends/holidays, and participate in on-call rotations.Similar remote jobs
