Within the ASC's operating rooms and surgical suites, the RN Clinical Director will guide a nimble, highly coordinated environment designed for efficient same-day procedures, minimally invasive techniques, and rapid recovery; leveraging OR best practices across pre-op, intra-op, and PACU, the ASCRN Director will shape standardized workflows, drive excellent turnover times, and cultivate a warm coastal, community feel that resonates with patients and surgeons during orthopedics, ENT, general surgery, GI, plastics, and other ambulatory specialties common to South Texas.

Reporting to the ASC Administrator, the ASCRN Director oversees staffing and scheduling, competencies and onboarding, block and case-flow optimization, preference card governance, regulatory readiness, infection prevention, budget stewardship, and surgeon relations—anchored by friendly nurses and a diverse, interprofessional care team that values inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
