The Assisted Living RN Clinical Manager at Woodcrest is responsible for leading, planning, organizing, staffing, directing, analyzing and evaluating the services of the department, in order to provide effective services that meet quality standards. As an RN Clinical Manager, you'll work alongside our Executive Director of Clinical Assisted Living and other core members of our nursing team to recruit, lead, and mentor team members. This is a highly influential role in which you'll get to make a direct impact on our Nursing and Assisted Living team at all levels . As an RN Clinical Manager at Country Manor, you'll: Provide administrative and clinical leadership to Assisted Living staff to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance. Lead vulnerable adult reporting, complete AL discharges, and assist with discharge planning and clinical assessments. Participate in on-call rotation and effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Assist with budgeting, payroll, billing, and appropriate resource utilization. Support hiring, onboarding, staff supervision, evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Promote quality improvement initiatives, audits, clinical data oversight, and resident/family follow-up. Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, software systems, and Federal and State Assisted Living regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Current MN RN licensure in field of practice, which must be in good standing Graduate of a state accredited school of nursing Must have excellent interpersonal skills that promote effective communication with personnel, clients, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public.
