This position blends advanced clinical expertise with strategic program management, enhancing our reputation while elevating patient experiences.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement clinical programs that align with Cedars-Sinai's strategic goals, driving operational efficiency and patient outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of fetal and pediatric surgeons, ensuring comprehensive care throughout patient journeys. Equally focused on local outreach and expanding services nationally, particularly in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado. Oversee patient navigation processes, optimizing patient experiences and access to care. Analyze program data, identifying performance metrics to inform quality improvement initiatives. Education:
Bachelor?s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of acute care nursing experience required Clinical program management experience preferred 2 years in a leadership role within a healthcare setting preferred Advanced regulatory interpretation and compliance knowledge. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in managing multiple priorities and complex demands in a fast-paced environment.Certifications:
RN State License in California (upon hire). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (upon hire).
