12-Hour Day Shifts 07:00 AM•07:30 PM 09:00 AM•09:00 PM Position Overview A healthcare facility in Maine is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department. This position is ideal for a skilled RN who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department Provide safe, compassionate, and efficient nursing care to patients of all ages Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate treatment plans Respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Utilize strong communication and computer skills in daily workflow Adhere to professional nursing standards and patient confidentiality practices Qualifications Active Maine RN License or eligibility for licensure by endorsement required Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current BLS Certification required ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
