Guardian Healthcare was co-founded by husband-and-wife team Jose and Zoraida de la Rosa in 2008. Zoraida, a Spanish-speaking nurse, was often the only nurse able to provide care in her patient's preferred language. Guardian Healthcare was formed with the goal to close this cultural competency gap. Under the de la Rosas' vision, leadership, and expertise, Guardian Healthcare has expanded to cover the Boston, Salem, Lawrence, Brockton, Fall River and Worcester areas. Our nurses, therapists, and home health aides provide healthcare services in a variety of languages to ensure excellent service, care, and comfort for all patients.

Hours:

We are flexible with the hours that our nurses want to work. Please note : Pay is calculated per visit with higher pay rates for OASIS (start of care). While the base rate is $40, the actual pay according to type of visit is:

Position Summary:

Skilled Nursing:
