Benefits Competitive Pay Continuity of Care across Departments Flexible Schedule Chose your position: On-Call, Admit, and/or Per-Diem Mileage Reimbursement Functions and Responsibilities Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures. Provides nursing services, treatments and diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned. Teaches and counsels the patient and family/significant others regarding the nursing care needs and other related problems of the patient at home. Maintains accurate and complete records of observations, treatments and care of patient. Attends staff meetings and/or IDG conferences an in-services as scheduled. Assists the patient/family in learning appropriate self-care techniques. Qualifications Graduate of a state approved school of registered nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing. At least one (1) year experience as a Registered Nurse. Acceptance of philosophy and goals of this Hospice. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment with excellent communication skills.
