Reporting to the CNO/VP of Nursing, the House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing throughput and flow of patients by serving as a liaison between nursing staff, managers, administration, and ancillary departments during assigned shifts. This role ensures safe, effective, and efficient patient care delivery, coordinates staffing, supports clinical teams, and acts as a liaison between departments to maintain continuity of care and operational excellence. Job Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing Graduate of a RN School of Nursing Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred National Certification in related specialty preferred Minimum 3 years of acute care experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred Experience should be in ER, OR, ICU or equivalent critical care environment Current AHA BLS Current
