Ready to join a tight-knit ICU team in Globe, AZ? We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This is a 36-hour schedule with a competitive pay rate of $2,560. What we're looking for Active RN license in the practicing state. ICU or critical care experience preferred. Current BLS and ACLS certifications; additional ICU specialty certifications are a plus. Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and clear communication skills. What you'll be doing Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing subtle changes and escalating care when needed. Safely administer medications, blood products, and life-support interventions. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patient status. Educate patients and their families about care plans and critical care processes in a compassionate, understandable way. Accurately document care and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary ICU team to ensure the best outcomes.
