$2,686 / 36-hours Required Credentials and Experience Current RN license (Oregon) Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; MSN preferred

Certifications:

BLS (HCP), ACLS, PALS, CNOR Minimum 5 years hospital nursing experience Minimum 3 years operating room (OR) experience Experience in clinical education, course development, or simulation preferred Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, EHR systems) Excellent communication, organizational, and teaching skills Key Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs and curricula in collaboration with department leaders Provide classroom and hands-on training using simulation mannequins and software; serve as a clinical education resource to staff Assess learning needs, measure outcomes, and revise programs to improve competency and performance Support regulatory and accreditation education requirements (including DNV) and collaborate with Quality Management on improvement initiatives Promote teamwork, professionalism, and organizational mission Assist Quality Department and perform additional duties as assigned
