We're looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join a medical-surgical team in York, ME on a contract/travel basis. This role starts ASAP, follows a Monday-Friday schedule for 36 hours per week, and pays $2,052/36-hours. What you'll bring Active RN license in the practicing state. Medical-surgical experience is preferred. Strong clinical judgment, solid organizational habits, and clear communication skills. BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on the patient population. What you'll do day-to-day Regularly assess patients and monitor vital signs to catch changes early. Safely administer medications, treatments, and necessary interventions. Keep accurate, timely documentation and promptly communicate changes to the care team. Educate patients and families about diagnoses, care plans, and self-care strategies. Work closely with nurses, physicians, and other clinicians to coordinate and optimize patient care.
